About Me
Psychotherapist and Individual Psychological Analyst in Training Under Supervision
As a psychotherapist with a background in political science and communication, I integrate diverse perspectives into my work. Growing up in Berlin, I developed a deep understanding of the diversity of human life paths and the unique needs of my patients.
My training in Individual Psychology, following Alfred Adler, at the University of Vienna, along with my work in institutions such as Caritas Gruft, Jung & Alt, the University Clinic at Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität, a Social Pedagogical Group at Oase, and the Therapiesalon im Wald, has enriched my theoretical knowledge with profound practical experience. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into different social and therapeutic contexts.
In my practice in the 3rd district of Vienna, I offer a supportive space that fosters personal growth, change, and development.
Psychotherapy &
Individual Psychology
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a scientifically grounded method for the treatment of psychological difficulties and emotional distress. It provides a structured and protected setting that allows for an in-depth exploration of the self. Within the therapeutic process, inner conflicts can be reflected upon, personal experiences can be contextualized, and new perspectives can be developed. The aim of psychotherapeutic treatment is to alleviate symptoms, support processes of change, and promote a deeper understanding of one’s own inner experience.
Psychoanalytic–Psychodynamic Therapy / Individual Psychology
Psychoanalytic–psychodynamic psychotherapy is based on the assumption that unconscious inner experiences shape our perceptions, our relationships, and our behavior. In therapy, these inner connections are explored together and made understandable.
Individual Psychology broadens this perspective by emphasizing the importance of the social environment, individual lifestyle, and patterns of relating to others. This makes it possible to recognize patterns, work through inner conflicts, and open up new opportunities for personal development. The therapeutic process supports the expansion of one’s own scope for action.
The Unconscious
The unconscious encompasses psychological processes that are not directly accessible to conscious awareness, yet significantly influence thinking, feeling, and behavior. It contains experiences, memories, and emotions that shape present-day experience. In therapy, we create a space to gently explore the unconscious and to become more aware of what often remains hidden. This process opens up new possibilities for breaking old patterns and freeing oneself from distressing inner conflicts. In this way, you can build a deeper connection with yourself and shape your life with greater clarity.

Treatment
Setting
In an initial, non-binding consultation, we explore your current situation and discuss what therapeutic support could look like for you.
Depending on the indication, the frequency of sessions is determined (one to three times per week), with a rhythm of two sessions per week having proven to be effective. In addition, there is the option of individual psychological analysis (psychoanalysis), which is typically conducted three times per week with the patient lying on the couch.
Fees
A session lasts 50 minutes and costs €80. For higher-frequency treatments (up to three times per week), the fee may be reduced. I will be happy to provide you with detailed information during a personal conversation. Reduced rates are available depending on availability and need. Reimbursement by Austrian health insurance providers is currently not possible.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, I kindly request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Contact
Once you have contacted me by email or phone and we have scheduled an appointment, I look forward to welcoming you to my practice for an initial consultation.
